pass time speed channel show

Hey there’s a channel just for us!
MY CRITIC ON THE SPEED CHANNEL

Whenever I’m taking some downtime to snooze at the tube; I grab the remote and find the SPEED CHANNEL.
I was watching Pinks All Out and I thought to myself- man there’s only so many colors you can paint a drag strip-I mean; they’ve made some changes but after about five seasons this show is getting bland as plain oatmeal. Out of all the Pinks Episodes I watched; there are only a hand full that are really interesting. That’s because they’ve got too many average Joe’s running against one another. (BORING MATCH-UPS)
Wouldn’t it be cool if Pinks was a live show that allowed viewer text messages to decide the grudge matches!?! Now that would be sitting in the driver’ seat!

Sometimes I watch land road racing on the SPEED CHANNEL. This is actually more interesting to me than drag racing (on television-drag racing rocks in person!). Drag racing shows the spirit of competition but in land racing you only have one real competitor- yourself.
20 guys come out the middle of nowhere and compete for 200mph Club T-shirts. How cool is that?- no money; just ultimate bragging rights.
I like to check out Super Cars and Super Bikes on SPEED. Both of these shows are interesting because of the variety of vehicles. I can say that I always learn something by watching these shows- i.e. Like the AMG 66 is putting out a legit 650rwhp (SUPER CARS) and what not to do when you’re learning to do a stoppie on your sport bike (SUPER BIKES).
My Last two critics are Car Crazy and Pass Time.
Car Crazy has always been of my favorite shows because they drop all types of car knowledge. If their driving a 55 caddy or a 1960 Jaguar; their gonna give you all the specs and special information on the rides. Watching Car Crazy is like going to night school for collectors.
Pass Time is the newest and most fascinating show on the SPEED CHANNEL. I don’t know if it’s fascinating because I always seem to pick the right times for the cars or the fact that the game show participates compete for gabbling sized amounts of cash.
My two cents is- the show has potential to be a lot more exciting. The producers are going for the raw track feel and I think they keep the winnings small to remain comparable to the amounts of cash a group of buddies would wager at the track.
All in all this show it real interesting because it involves the viewer.
All on the programs on the SPEED Network are worth viewing- even if you’re not into cars and bikes.
Check em out if you’re not already!
Locking in my Tivo
